Salary Schedule:$125 per dayTeacher contract for 60+ daysTeacher hired will be paid through HCESC's Aesop Substitute Teaching System. Candidate must also apply through www.Subsolutions.org. Responsibilities: Implement lesson plans, assess student learning, and adjust instruction as needed to support student success.Maintain continuity of instruction, classroom routines, and expectations throughout the long-term assignment.Create and maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment that supports student engagement and achievement.Collaborate with grade-level teachers, specialists, administrators, and support staff to ensure continuity of instruction and student support.Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate with families and school staff as appropriate.Working knowledge of Ohio Extended Standards is a plus.
