Required Skills:
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN license and current CPR certification
- Proven experience in providing direct patient care, especially in residential or community settings
- Ability to perform g-tube care, medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and comprehensive head-to-toe assessments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to IDD care
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in residential or community-based care settings
- Prior experience with G-tube management and medication administration
Other Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to multiple residential locations
- Willingness to work additional shifts or hours as needed
- All necessary licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements will be provided when applicable
