We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented LPN or Medical Assistant to serve as a primary roomer in our clinical setting. This role is responsible for preparing patients for provider visits, supporting clinical workflows, and ensuring a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Room patients and prepare them for provider visits, including collecting vitals, reviewing medications, and documenting chief complaints
- Accurately document patient information in eClinicalWorks (eCW)
- Conduct patient callbacks regarding lab results, provider instructions, and follow-up care
- Relay messages between patients and providers in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with scheduling follow-up appointments and coordinating care
- Maintain clean, stocked, and organized exam rooms
- Support providers with basic clinical and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a LPN or Medical Assistant required
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
