Job Summary
Are you tired of your fast-paced work environment? We are excited to implement this new position to our company. The LVN/LPT will be responsible for monitoring the care and health of clients, assisting with day-to-day nursing care, and maintaining and documenting patient records.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administer prescribed medications and g-tube feeding
- Collaborate with registered nurses for client care plans
- Take doctor's orders over the phone
- Educate and update staff on medical care plans
- Train and work with CNAs and direct care staff
Qualifications and Skills:
- New grads welcome, training provided
