Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator / Packing Line Associate to work at the end of a conveyor line assembling and packing boxes. This is a fast-paced role focused on quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and pack boxes at the end of the production line
- Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards
- Keep up with a fast-moving conveyor system
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all production and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance is a must
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to work
- No cell phone use during shift
Work Environment
- Light industrial / packaging environment
- Mostly standing position
- Fast-paced and repetitive work
