Company or Role Overview:
Spherion in partnership with Weiss Industries, Inc. in Mansfield, OH is seeking Machine Operators to join the team that helps keep our country safe. Weiss Industries proudly makes security parts for the US Navy.

Available Shifts:
1st Shift: 7am-3:30pm (Mon-Fri OT Sat as needed)

Pay Rate:
$16.00 /hr.

Work Environment:
Clean, well-organized shop floor with break area.

Job Description:
Running a machine, spot welder, doing quality checks. Responsible for getting own parts with forklift.

Temp-to-hire window:
Able for permanent placement after 90 days

Requirements:
Successful candidates will have good attendance, great hand-eye coordination, the ability to lift up to 50lbs, and great dependability.

This position does NOT require high school diploma.
