Key Responsibilities- Monitor and replenish materials to keep production running smoothly
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move raw and finished goods
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product meets company standards
- Transfer completed products to inventory storage
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support other departments as needed
Qualifications & Skills- Previous experience in warehousing, production, or material handling preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Forklift operation experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks (standing, walking, climbing ladders)
- Strong communication, reading, and writing skills
- Tech-friendly: ability to use mobile-based company programs
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
