What You'll Do
As a 12 Hour Overnight Machine Operator, you will be responsible for
• Operating and monitoring plastic extrusion machinery to keep production flowing smoothly
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to verify precision
• Making basic adjustments to machinery to optimize performance
• Completing detailed production and quality documentation accurately
• Assisting with routine machine maintenance and cleaning to keep equipment in top shape
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
• Following all safety procedures and quality protocols to ensure a compliant workplace

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
• One to three years of manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude with an eye for detail
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions accurately
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 55 pounds comfortably
• Experience with measurement tools like calipers or micrometers is a plus
• Forklift experience is a bonus but not required
