Handle Application Support and Maintenance, which includes all production support activities including incident monitoring, assignation and resolution, batch monitoring, defect management, support metrics and reporting, coordination and triage with business and IT stakeholders including offshore / nearshore teams and willingness to work in shifts and extend support for weekend, production deployments etc.
