Provide training and documentation to end users Install and configure software and hardware components on PC and Mac systems Support company personnel, including hardware, VPN connectivity, wireless networking, email, and printers Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues Document support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system Interface with other IT departments for end user problems and access requests Assist with mass laptop deployment during busy season and image new devices for associatesQualifications Possess an Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills Proficient in Active Directory and group management Experience in supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop/laptops Familiarity with basic networking principles Domain Name System (DNS) and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with excellent customer service skills Provide end user training and documentationThe pay range reflects the potential rate for this role.
