Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of residential landscape maintenance accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors
• Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard and in a timely manner
• Monitor and manage budgets and expenses
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in the landscaping industry, specifically in residential landscape maintenance
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) or equivalent certification is a plus

Compensation:

Salary $50,000 - $65,000 per year plus commission
