️ WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist with daily maintenance and repairs throughout the facility

• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building repairs within your training and qualifications

• Assist with preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems

• Help identify and resolve maintenance and safety concerns

• Assist with HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting as qualified

• Maintain the interior and exterior of the building

• Complete work orders accurately and on time

• Help maintain required maintenance records and inspections

• Work with outside vendors and contractors when needed

• Follow safety procedures and facility maintenance standards

• Respond to maintenance needs and assist with urgent repairs as assigned

• Learn the responsibilities involved in managing a healthcare maintenance department

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous hands-on maintenance experience required

• Experience in general building maintenance, apartment maintenance, hotel maintenance, construction, or a related field

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs

• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Dependable with good attendance and follow-through

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

• Interest in growing into a future leadership role

• Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the position

EXPERIENCE THAT CAN TRANSLATE WELL

Apartment or Property Maintenance

Hotel or Hospitality Maintenance

Hospital or Healthcare Maintenance

Residential or Commercial Building Maintenance

️ Construction or General Repairs

️ Facilities Maintenance

Healthcare maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.
