Maintenance & Cleaning Team Member - Part-time

Help our restaurant start each day clean, safe and ready. The Porter completes cleaning, maintenance and preparation routines before opening and supports the restaurant's equipment, building and operational readiness.

What You'll Do 

• Complete scheduled deep-cleaning and opening routines 
• Clean floors, restrooms, dining areas, exterior areas and assigned equipment 
• Receive, organize or rotate supplies as assigned 
• Identify maintenance or safety concerns and report them promptly 
• Use cleaning products and equipment according to safety procedures 
• Prepare the restaurant for opening and support the team as needed 

What We're Looking For

• Dependable early-morning availability 
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety and detail 
• Ability to perform the essential cleaning and preparation duties with or without reasonable accommodation 
• Ability to work independently and follow a routine 
• Maintenance, janitorial or restaurant experience is helpful but not required 

Where This Can Lead 

Experienced Porters may qualify for backup responsibilities, leadership development or other restaurant opportunities.
