Create a Clean and Welcoming Experience from Start to Finish

As a Maintenance / Custodian Associate at Sam's Club, you play a key role in shaping the member experience by ensuring the facility is clean, safe, and well maintained. From the parking lot to the restrooms to the sales floor, your work helps create a positive first and last impression for every member.

In this role, you'll be constantly on the move, maintaining cleanliness, responding to spills, and supporting a safe, organized environment.

What You'll Do

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the entire facility, including floors, restrooms, windows, and common areas.
• Perform routine cleaning using approved procedures, chemicals, tools, and equipment.
• Respond to spills and immediate maintenance needs to help ensure safety.
• Dispose of trash, cardboard, and materials according to company sustainability practices.
• Maintain safe working conditions by following all safety standards and procedures.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and materials as needed.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Support overall facility operations to maintain a clean and member-ready environment.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $24.00*

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
