This position provides emergency and routine maintenance support to the operations departments in an industrial/automated environment.Hourly rate of pay is $43.97 / hour.- Eligible for additional $0.50 for Certified Welding Wage Progression- Eligible for medical, prescription, dental, & vision coverage on date of hireQualified candidates will be required to pass a written technical skill assessment and undergo a one‑on‑one technical interview.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for the Maintenance Engineering Technician (MET) position may include the following:Comply with all safety regulationsPreventative Maintenance (continuous improvement)Troubleshooting Mechanical, Electronic, and Electrical Industrial EquipmentPerform Quick Repair for Trouble Calls from Operating TechniciansPerform Maintenance on Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pneumatic and Electrical EquipmentTroubleshooting Programmable Logic Controls (PLCs)Perform Preventative Maintenance on equipment and systemsUse computer‑based software to enter, track and analyze work activities and maintenance trendsRead and use blueprints, schematics, manuals, technical drawings, work orders, test results, machine error messages.Test fixed machineryClean and lubricate partsCandidates must have flexibility to work either an 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shift on either a day or night shift. Shift preference is based on seniority, therefore we cannot guarantee a specific shift.Shift Schedule8-Hour Shift Schedule:Shift B Monday – Friday, 6 am – 2 pm10-Hour Shift Schedule:Shift E Monday – Thursday, 6 pm – 4 am12-Hour Shift ScheduleDay shift (Shift 1 & 3) work from 6 A.M. to 6 P.M. Night shift (Shift 2 & 4) work 6 P.M. to 6 A.M. Teammates must be able to work a shift schedule with 48 hours one week and 36 hours the next week.
