Maintenance Manager | Food & Beverage

Looking to add a Maintenance Manager to team in Northern Orange County.

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on all facility machinery and equipment to sustain production at high efficiency levels. Must apply technical knowledge and experience to ensure all repairs and setups are performed in a safe, accurate and timely manner.

Ideal candidate will have food/beverage manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving skills, strong mechanical skills with conveyors, fillers, packaging equipment and hydraulics. Knowledge and ability to program PLC’s preferred.

They’ve been in business since 2019, and co-pack a variety of beverages (coffee, tea, batch cocktails, functional beverages). They currently have one production line and are growing rapidly.
