Company OverviewJoin PMG Master Holdings, LLC as a full-time Maintenance Mechanic at our Romulus, Michigan manufacturing facility. PMG manufactures and distributes pavement-maintenance materials, and this position plays a direct role in keeping our production and rental equipment operating safely and reliably.This is a hands-on industrial maintenance position involving mixers, pumps, motors, drives, storage tanks, silos, product-transfer systems, and rental equipment. You will work closely with our Production Supervisor and operations team to address breakdowns, complete preventive maintenance, and reduce equipment downtime.PMG offers benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and opportunities to expand your technical knowledge across a variety of mechanical and electrical systems.What Would You Do as a Maintenance Mechanic?As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production, rental, and facility equipment. Your responsibilities will include:Diagnosing mechanical and electrical equipment failuresCompleting preventive maintenance on mixers, pumps, motors, bearings, belts, seals, tanks, and related equipmentTroubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systemsRepairing motors, drives, starters, relays, contactors, switches, and other electrical componentsPerforming welding, cutting, and basic metal fabricationResponding to production breakdowns and returning equipment to service safelyMaintaining accurate maintenance and repair recordsSupporting general facility repairs when neededThe standard schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with overtime and occasional weekend work based on operational needs.Training will be provided on PMG's specific equipment and manufacturing processes.
