Knowledge of preventive maintenance, TPM, and equipment reliability practices. Skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, including PLCs, VFDs, and pneumatics. Familiarity with maintaining boilers, compressors, pumps, conveyors, and filling equipment. Strong ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
