We're looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician for one of our 325-unit affordable housing communities, Harmony at the Park, in Phoenix, AZ. What You'll Be Doing:
Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
Maintain exterior of the property and pool areas.
Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned.
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using make-ready checklists.
Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds.
Communicate with vendors and contractors.
What You'll Bring:
Minimum of three years of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade.
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements.
Strong customer service skills with a resident-first mindset.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
HVAC-EPA (Type II), or EPA Universal preferred.
CPO certification preferred.
