Maintenance Technician at JVM Realty! Join our team and help keep our community safe, functional, and welcoming for residents.
You Will:- Complete work orders, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Assist with apartment turns and emergency calls
We’re Looking For:- Maintenance experience (property management preferred)
- Skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or appliance repair
- Strong problem-solving skills and reliability
