The Salvation Army (Western) - 3213 Orange Grove Avenue - Responsibilities: Inspects, repairs, and maintains all of the properties of the Sacramento County Operations, including the Alhambra campus, and recommends outside contractors when needed.; Schedules and performs regular maintenance and repairs on heating and air conditioning units.; Maintains and repairs mechanical equipment on a regular schedule.; Replaces lights, fuses and batteries as needed.; Paints rooms, buildings, including officers' quarters and does masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings.
