Minimum of two (2) years of front-line facilities maintenance experience, including familiarity with preventative maintenance scheduling and execution, technical manuals, low voltage programing, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), pumps, motors, compressors, grounds keeping, lighting controls, building management systems (BMSs), access control systems, and facility cameras. This role is different because the Facilities Coordinator at WelbeHealth: Owns facilities operations across multiple PACE sites, providing hands-on oversight of building systems, maintenance, preventative maintenance, FLS requirements, vendors, and facility-related projects across an assigned market.
