We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a well established manufacturing company. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing machinery and equipment throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong industrial electrical and mechanical experience and be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, install, and repair electrical systems and controls ranging from 110V to 480V
Install and run electrical conduit
Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC, electrical, and mechanical equipment
Install, maintain, and repair production machinery
Cut and thread pipe and install gas, air, copper, and chemical lines
Work with piping materials including stainless steel, Inconel, PVC, and CPVC
Perform basic welding and fabrication
Complete general facility repairs, including carpentry, painting, masonry, and minor HVAC work
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns
Follow all company safety procedures and hazardous waste handling requirements
Provide guidance to less experienced maintenance employees when needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills
Experience working with electrical systems up to 480V
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, CNC equipment, and mechanical systems
General knowledge of plant HVAC systems
Basic welding and fabrication skills
Ability to read electrical diagrams, schematics, and equipment manuals
Ability to climb and work safely at varying heights
Willingness to work in environments with changing temperatures and conditions
Additional technical education or maintenance training is preferred
Self motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision
