Job Summary
This position is located at the Downtown Campus
The Maintenance Worker II works to provide sub-journeyman work in the performance of a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in one or more craft areas. This role organizes the work plan for the building maintenance needs, provides technical guidance and leadership, coordinates corrective and preventive maintenance activity, assigns work orders and control supply and tool inventories. This role is responsible for the daily operations, maintenance and repair work of plumbing, painting, electrical, carpentry, air conditioning, and refrigeration. This position utilizes the TMA system in the management of work orders. The Maintenance Worker II assists in the coordination of space make-readies, facility renovations and new construction.

This position will work primarily on campus. Travel and parking expenses are the employee's responsibility.
