Primary Purpose: The Lead Technician is responsible for performing and overseeing the high level, complex and complicated maintenance and service tasks and repairs associated with journeyman-level locksmith work in the installation, repair, remodel, maintenance of manual and automated locks, locking systems, security devices, computerized access control systems, door openers/closers, and hardware above that of an apprentice and journeyman level. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with tact and diplomacy and provide a high level of customer service with a wide variety of District personnel and coworkers Experience: 5 years of documented work experience as a journeyman-level locksmith or electronic access control installer in a commercial, industrial, or facilities operations setting.
