Job Title: Manager – Business Development
Location: Remote (United States)
Compensation: $100,000 base + OTE


About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manager – Business Development to drive SaaS revenue growth in the U.S. market. This role is ideal for a top-performing sales professional who excels at closing deals, building strong client relationships, and consistently exceeding targets.


You will manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer value and long-term growth.


Key Responsibilities


Revenue & Pipeline Growth


  •  Drive new business acquisition across the U.S. SaaS market 
  •  Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing 
  •  Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets 
  •  Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities 
Client Engagement


  •  Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders 
  •  Identify client needs and provide tailored, consultative solutions 
  •  Deliver engaging product demonstrations and customized proposals 
Strategy & Market Execution


  •  Execute go-to-market strategies across assigned territories or segments 
  •  Identify market opportunities and share insights on trends 
  •  Collaborate with marketing teams on outbound campaigns and lead generation 
Cross-Functional Collaboration


  •  Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and retention 
  •  Provide feedback to Product teams to enhance offerings 
  •  Work closely with Sales leadership on forecasting and planning 
Sales Operations


  •  Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management 
  •  Provide consistent sales forecasts and performance reports 
  •  Leverage data to improve conversion rates and deal velocity 
Qualifications


  •  5+ years of SaaS sales experience in the U.S. market 
  •  Proven track record of exceeding B2B sales quotas 
  •  Strong experience managing full-cycle SaaS sales 
  •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 
  •  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment 
  •  Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) 
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
