Job Summary
The Manager, Clinical Implementation Education team, is a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for leading and developing a team of Clinical Implementation Educators that delivers high-quality clinical education supporting successful customer implementation, adoption, and optimization of Fresenius Kabi infusion technologies.
This role drives clinical excellence through overseeing education strategy, resource planning, team performance, and customer-facing execution across education, go-lives, and complex clinical engagements. The Manager partners closely with multi-disciplinary team members, including Clinical Implementation Services Director, Clinical Implementation Specialists, Project Management, Sales, Pharmacy Specialists, Technical Specialists, and Learning & Development, to ensure education strategies align with implementation plans, customer workflows, and organizational objectives. This role is accountable for educator performance, standardization of education delivery, customer satisfaction outcomes, and continuous improvement of clinical education processes.
The Clinical Implementation Education Manager also participates in (as needed) end user training/education, go live and post go live support of medical device/infusion pump implementations at customer healthcare facilities. This role is responsible for scheduling educators for upcoming implementations while also providing internal assignments when educators are not in the field.
Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000 per year
Position is eligible to participate in a bonus plan with a target of 10% of the base salary. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Requirements
Bachelor's degree required (BSN preferred).
Current RN licensure and maintained throughout employment.
5+ years related experience (direct patient care experience highly preferred).
Minimum of 1 year management experience and/or in a leadership role leading others.
Experience implementing medical device products highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience providing education or professional services in complex clinical environments.
Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, infusion practices, and adult learning principles.
Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and build strong internal and customer relationships.
Knowledge of EMR/EHR integration (Epic, Cerner, Meditech).
Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and willingness to multitask and be hands-on.
Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships with internal departments and external customers.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Travel is required to attend meeting/trainings/programs at client locations (*up to 50%) and is based on business need (via public transportation: air/auto); may require overnight travel. Must have a valid driver's license.
*As a general rule, travel requirement is up to 50%, however, that may vary depending on committed customer activity from month to month.
Must maintain all requirements for access to customer sites, including active and current compliance with all credentialing requirements (may include COVID-19 and annual influenza vaccinations), in order to perform the essential functions of the role at customer locations.
