Manager, Enterprise Project Management

About Us:

Job Summary:

The Manager, Enterprise Project Management is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing project management team while overseeing complex, cross-functional projects and organizational change initiatives that support the health system's strategic objectives. This role provides leadership, direction, coaching, and performance management to project management staff, ensuring consistent application of project management methodologies, effective resource utilization, and successful project delivery across the organization.
The Manager leads enterprise-wide transformation efforts, operational improvement initiatives, and other executive-sponsored projects designed to enhance the patient experience, improve quality outcomes, and drive operational excellence. The position partners with executive sponsors, department leaders, project teams, and external vendors to define project goals, scope, timelines, and success measures.
Serving as a key liaison across the organization, this role ensures effective project execution from planning through implementation while fostering stakeholder engagement, change adoption, and sustainable results. The Manager establishes project governance standards, promotes best practices, and ensures adherence to Project Management Institute (PMI) methodologies and organizational quality standards.
In addition, the position contributes to strategic and operational planning for enterprise initiatives, supports organizational readiness for change, and drives continuous improvement efforts that advance organizational performance and strategic priorities.

Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelors Degree Related field (required)

Licenses and Certifications

• PMP - Project Management Professional - PMI - Project Management Institute (preferred)
• LSS - Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt or Above (preferred)

Work Experience

• Minimum three (3) years Related experience (required)
• Minimum two (2) years Management experience (required)

Additional Position Information

• This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of being on site 2-3 days per week or as needed to support operational and team requirements.

$59.01 - $85.75
