Eurasia Group is seeking an Associate Director of Events Marketing and Audience Strategy to lead the strategic development and execution of marketing and audience engagement across the firm's global events portfolio. This individual will oversee the full marketing lifecycle of Eurasia Group convenings, from flagship summits to private roundtables, ensuring a cohesive and data-driven approach to audience growth, brand positioning, and client engagement.
Working closely with senior leadership, commercial teams, Communications, and GZERO Media, this role will define and operationalize strategies that elevate the firm's convening platform, expand its reach among priority stakeholders, and deliver measurable value to clients.
A core component of this role is working directly with clients and partners to translate their strategic objectives into tailored marketing and audience strategies. The Associate Director will serve as a senior-facing advisor, capable of engaging with demanding stakeholders, pressure-testing assumptions, and delivering clear, actionable recommendations grounded in data and experience.
