About the Role:

• Help support the head of System governance to Establish the US Systems Governance function by:

• Providing comprehensive, end-to-end system support across business processes from a systems standpoint

• Triage incoming requests, determining whether each stem from a knowledge gap, a data issue, or warrants escalation to IT for technical review

• Maintain the knowledge content and documentation repository

• Draft business and functional requirements

• Develop testing scenarios and align on the agreed testing scope

• Conduct and coordinate UAT for both standard and enhancement changes

• Serve as the escalation point whenever critical issues arise (for example, at month end)

• Represent the business as IT''s service customer

• Drive end-user communication and support end-user adoption

• Maintain close collaboration with the Systems Governance Analyst, providing coaching and training, while ensuring system maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner.

• Own and maintain mapping tables to ensure updates reflect business requirements and are supported by a documented process.

Your 'day to day':

• Ensures US finance systems remain aligned with PMI standard processes, governance expectations, and business priorities.
• Drives disciplined change management by ensuring application changes are formally approved and supported by required UAT evidence before implementation.
• Sustains governance discipline by ensuring system requests and changes are formally reviewed, approved, and aligned with established control requirements.
• Ensure all procedures related to system governance are well documented.
• All mapping tables are working as expected without any outages related to wrong or untimely updates.

Who we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Management; Business Analytics; Statistics and Econometrics; Finance; Data Science or Computer Science.
• 4+ years of experience in financial systems governance, functional projects and initiatives touching system templates and setup, preferably within multinational corporations in the FMCG industry.
• Has solid knowledge of one or more financial systems and tools, acting as SME.
• Understanding financial processes in corporate environment. Experience with SAP/ Dynamics projects and solutions.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills required to engage effectively with global and local stakeholders.
• Strategic Vision: Strong conceptual and analytical capability to define, communicate, and execute forward-looking finance systems strategies.
• Resilience & Agility: Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven, with a demonstrated commitment to excellence in a fast-paced global environment.

Annual Base Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000
