MyPoint Credit Union is looking for an experienced Manager of Learning, Development & Performance to help shape the future of learning across our organization.

This is more than a traditional training role. We are looking for a learning leader who understands instructional design, adult learning, curriculum development, performance improvement, and employee development and can translate business needs into practical, engaging learning experiences.

In this role, you will lead enterprise learning programs supporting both member-facing and back-office employees. You will partner with leaders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the organization to ensure employees have the systems knowledge, product expertise, process proficiency, and consultative sales and service skills they need to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Develop and lead a multi-year learning and development strategy aligned with MyPoint's organizational goals.
• Design, develop, and maintain learning programs for employees across departments and positions.
• Create curriculum covering systems, products, operating procedures, service expectations, and employee development.
• Lead instructional design efforts using adult learning principles and effective learning methodologies.
• Oversee the organization's monthly compliance training calendar and completion requirements.
• Develop learning pathways that support career development, succession planning, and organizational performance.
• Establish a consultative sales and service framework focused on discovery, empathy, relationship building, and identifying member needs.
• Partner with department leaders to identify performance and development gaps and create appropriate training and coaching solutions.
• Build and maintain a network of Subject Matter Experts to support curriculum development and training delivery.
• Facilitate engaging classroom, virtual, and field-based learning experiences.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on business needs, feedback, and performance outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Learning, Development & Performance Specialist.
• Support additional organizational initiatives and projects where learning and development expertise is needed.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in training, learning and development, retail banking, credit unions, or a related environment.
• 5+ years of experience leading training programs and instructional design initiatives.
• Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Experience developing curriculum, training materials, procedures, and learning pathways.
• Experience facilitating classroom, virtual, and field-based training.
• Strong communication, facilitation, project management, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to partner effectively with leaders, employees, and SMEs across multiple business functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD)
• Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE)
• Financial services or credit union leadership experience
• Experience leading enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives
