Champion an AI-native approach to program operations and planning work — actively experimenting with generative AI and intelligent tools to improve how the team delivers insights, reporting, and communications.
Develop leadership communications — from working-team updates to executive materials — that translate complex planning and operational dynamics into clear, audience-appropriate narratives.
Partner with change management to design and execute adoption strategies that embed new planning capabilities and ways of working across brand, channel, and functional teams.
Bring new methods, frameworks, and ways of thinking to the MP&IO program — drawing from diverse experience to challenge existing approaches and improve how transformation is delivered.
5–7 years of professional experience; we welcome candidates from consulting, finance, consumer goods, apparel, retail, technology, or any industry where strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and complex program management are fundamental to the work.
Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional programs — able to bring structure, clarity, and accountability to large, ambiguous initiatives.
