Manufacturing Associate

The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing, chemical packaging, material handling, and warehouse operations. This position ensures that products are handled, packaged, labeled, stored, and prepared for shipment according to company quality standards and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with filling, blending, packaging, and transferring chemical products according to established procedures.
• Operate production equipment and monitor processes to ensure accurate and efficient production.
• Label, package, and prepare chemical containers, drums, and other materials for shipment.
• Load and unload materials and move products to designated storage areas.
• Follow safety guidelines for chemical handling, storage, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain accurate production records, inventory documentation, and batch paperwork.
• Inspect products and packaging for accuracy, quality, and damage.
• Keep the production and warehouse areas clean and organized.
• Report equipment malfunctions, spills, and safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or chemical-handling experience is an advantage.
• Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials as required.
• Forklift experience is beneficial, subject to applicable training and authorization.
