Your impact

Picture this: your line starts smoothly, materials are staged, and parts move with rhythm. You notice a small fault, make a quick correction, and keep output on target—all while upholding safety and order. That’s the cadence of this role.

• Run automated transfer line equipment to plan and takt.
• Monitor production flow and drive efficiency.
• Address minor machine interruptions and basic faults promptly.
• Keep materials and the work area meticulously organized.
• Follow production and safety procedures every time.
• Step up for overtime when production needs rise.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Reliable attendance and punctuality you can set a clock by.
• Solid basic mechanical aptitude.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, physical environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
