Manufacturing Technician I

DPP is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I for an opportunity with our client in the Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing industry.
 
Work Location: Onsite in San Diego, CA
Duration: 3 months
Terms: W2 Contract
Work Authorization: US Citizen
 
Responsibilities:

• Support the assembly of various composite and metallic components.
• Read and comprehend Manufacturing Work Instructions and internal specifications.
• Follow both written and verbal directions.
• Good time management and a team player.

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent and zero years of experience.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to comprehend written and verbal directions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Produces and able to learn how to operate various software systems (Costpoint CP and MES).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mechanically inclined.
• Familiar with composite and metallic details.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
