About the Role:

The Marketing and Advertising Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and messaging of healthcare and social assistance services across multiple platforms. This position is responsible for creating compelling, clear, and compliant marketing materials that effectively communicate the organization's mission and services to diverse audiences. The designer will collaborate closely with marketing strategists, healthcare professionals, and external vendors to ensure all creative outputs align with regulatory standards and brand guidelines. By leveraging innovative design techniques and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, the role aims to enhance patient engagement and community outreach. Ultimately, the Marketing and Advertising Designer will contribute to increasing awareness, trust, and utilization of healthcare services through impactful visual storytelling.

A Portfolio demonstrating your qualifications, talent, style, and experience is required with application.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in graphic design, preferably within the healthcare or social assistance industry.
• Proficiency in design software.
• Strong understanding of healthcare marketing regulations, including HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft office products, and network systems.
• Must pass a criminal background check, wellness exam, and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing software.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO and social media advertising.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and website content management systems.
• Certification in healthcare marketing or related professional development courses.
• Demonstrated ability to manage branding projects and lead creative initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce high-quality graphic designs for digital and print marketing campaigns, including brochures, social media content, advertisements, and website visuals.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to conceptualize and execute creative strategies that align with healthcare regulations and organizational goals.
• Ensure all designs comply with HIPAA guidelines and other relevant healthcare advertising standards to maintain patient confidentiality and ethical marketing practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high standard of design quality and consistency across all materials.
• Conduct market research and analyze audience insights to tailor visual content that resonates with diverse patient populations and stakeholders.
