A well-established law firm is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Manager to support strategic growth initiatives across its Houston and The Woodlands offices. This is a highly visible role working closely with firm leadership, attorneys, and a collaborative multi-office marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute marketing and business development initiatives at the attorney, practice group, office, and firmwide levels
- Support attorney marketing efforts, client development initiatives, pitches/proposals, and client-facing events
- Manage Texas-based marketing activities including sponsorships, speaking engagements, media relations, and external communications
- Collaborate with attorneys and firm leadership to drive visibility and business growth initiatives
- Research market trends and identify opportunities for thought leadership and strategic positioning
- Oversee marketing collateral, website content, social media, contact databases, and legal directory/survey submissions
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of marketing/business development experience within professional services (law firm experience strongly preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting energy and petrochemical industry initiatives is a plus
Additional Details:
- Primarily based in Houston with flexibility to work in The Woodlands office as needed
- Five days per week in-office
- Competitive compensation in the $80K–$90K+ range depending on experience
