About the Role

Thompson Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Temporary Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to provide hands-on support across marketing, ordering, promotional materials, gift cards, donations, and administrative projects.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple tasks, and making sure things get done. The successful candidate will be a task master who can take ownership of assignments, track progress, follow through on details, and keep projects moving.

This is a temporary position designed to provide valuable hands-on experience in restaurant marketing and business operations. This position is not intended to be a permanent role, and no expectation of permanent employment should be assumed.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track orders for marketing materials, supplies, promotional items, business cards, flyers, coupons, and other items needed by the Restaurant Group.
• Maintain organized tracking of orders, deliveries, requests, and outstanding tasks.
• Create simple, professional marketing materials using Canva, including flyers, coupons, promotional pieces, and other collateral.
• Upload and organize photos and other content within designated digital platforms.
• Assist with gift card administration, including tracking, organization, and fulfillment.
• Assist with donation requests and maintain accurate records and tracking.
• Provide general administrative and marketing support to the Restaurant Group.
• Monitor a weekly task list and independently follow up on assignments to ensure deadlines are met.
• Work with team members to gather information and complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain organized electronic files, documents, photos, and marketing materials.
• Support other administrative and marketing projects as needed.

• Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• A proactive, positive, and "get it done" attitude.
• Previous professional experience is not required; recent graduates and candidates early in their careers are encouraged to apply.
