Public Sector Partner Marketer – USA

Location: Washington, DC / Reston, VA
Travel: Up to 10%
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – commute to Reston, VA 1–2 days per week

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Public Sector Partner Marketer to support a key enterprise technology client account. The ideal candidate will have experience in public sector partner marketing, co-marketing, program management, demand generation, GTM strategy, event management, and customer engagement.

Experience working with federal, state, local government, NGO, or nonprofit organizations is required. Experience with AI and technology companies is strongly preferred.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication and collaboration with partners, C-suite executives, and department heads.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage scaled partner marketing programs.

• Manage marketing programs and partner initiatives.

• Develop executive and partner communications.

• Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and marketing automation initiatives.

• Develop programs to generate sales pipeline and support revenue growth.

• Manage partner and customer engagement activities.

• Nurture and develop strategic partnerships.

• Support events and co-marketing activities.

• Analyze marketing performance and provide insights to stakeholders.

• Create and present data-driven reports and visualizations.

• Collaborate with sales, partners, and internal teams to improve marketing performance.

Required Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in B2B public sector partner marketing, co-marketing, sales channel marketing, or a related role.

• Experience working in technology partner marketing with public sector clients and partners.

• Proven experience supporting pipeline generation and revenue growth through public sector partner marketing initiatives.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Miro, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, or Tableau.

• Experience with project management/collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, Trello, Asana, Airtable, or SharePoint.

• Experience nurturing emerging ISV partnerships, preferably within the AI space.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with audience and analytics tools such as ZoomInfo, Crossbeam, 6sense, or Bombora.

• Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and marketing automation strategies.

• Experience working for larger technology corporations.

• Experience working with AI and technology companies.
