Marketing Project Assistant – Short-Term Assignment

Help support a short-term project by preparing marketing materials for shipment. This is a hands-on role focused on assembling, organizing, and packaging materials in a quiet office environment.

PAY: $20/hr.

LOCATION: Agoura Hills, CA

SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM |  Approximately 3 weeks

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assemble marketing handouts and presentation folders.
• Staple multi-page documents as needed.
• Insert completed materials into mailing envelopes.
• Apply shipping labels and seal envelopes for mailing.
• Organize completed packages in bins and assist with moving materials to the shipping department.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Ability to perform repetitive assembly and packaging tasks with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy when preparing large quantities of materials.
• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work onsite for the full three-week assignment.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Successful completion of a required background check.
