The Material Handler / Stockroom Associate is responsible for supporting Production, Spares, and R&D operations through general material handling and inventory activities. This role focuses on stockroom operations, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and material movement within the facilities. 







Shift: 5:00PM-5:00AM Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, (alternating Saturdays) 

Pay: $24




Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general material handling and stockroom activities
• Stock and supply materials needed for Production, Spares, and R&D teams
• Receive, issue, and track parts using inventory software and ERP systems
• Verify and maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts
• Prepare, ship, and track items sent to suppliers for cleaning or refurbishment
• Process receipts, shipments, put-away, and inventory transactions
• Pull and deliver materials between Western Digital buildings using company vehicles when needed
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment




Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of related warehouse, stockroom, or material handling experience
• Valid Driver License with clean DMV record
• Forklift experience preferred
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory control
• Familiar with Outlook, Excel, Word, and ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift
