Medical Administrator

Leidos Intel Sector is seeking a cleared Medical Administrator to support medical processing for an Intelligence Community (IC) customer in Virginia. This role offers a meaningful opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, mission-driven environment and contributing to national security operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Track and respond to incoming emails professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate, manage, and distribute appointment schedules
• Enter and process medical documentation into health database systems
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper medical records
• Provide administrative and clerical support to clinical and operational teams
• Assist with additional duties as needed to support mission requirements

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

• U.S. citizenship required
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare administration experience
• Solid understanding of healthcare finance, regulatory compliance, and risk management
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:

• Experience supporting Intelligence Community and/or DoD customers
• Experience working in secure or classified environments
