Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA Preferred)
We are seeking a dependable and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our team. CMA or RMA certification is preferred; however, candidates with at least 3 years of hands-on Medical Assistant experience will also be considered. The ideal candidate will support providers in delivering high-quality patient care, maintain efficient clinic operations, and ensure a positive patient experience. This role does not include phlebotomy responsibilities. Starting pay is $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities (No Phlebotomy):

• Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical histories, and medication lists
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure proper cleaning and stocking of supplies
• Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures
• Perform EKGs and basic diagnostic testing
• Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and electronic charting
• Handle prescription refill requests and prior authorizations
• Provide patient education on medications, follow-up care, and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate records in EMR systems
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies
