MEP Project Manager

Senior Project Manager – Mechanical Construction | LOCATION-Oahu, HI

Seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to oversee commercial mechanical construction projects in Maui. This role will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, with responsibility for schedule, budget, field coordination, procurement, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, and fire protection projects

• Oversee budgets, forecasting, schedules, manpower, and cost control

• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, and project documentation

• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, GCs, owners, and vendors

• Lead equipment procurement, buyout, and long-lead planning

• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and contract requirements

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Project Management or Construction Management experience

• Strong commercial mechanical/MEP construction background

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, and/or fire protection

• Federal project experience, including USACE or NAVFAC, preferred

• Familiarity with FAR contracting requirements is a plus

• Strong project financials, leadership, and client communication skills

• Construction management software experience; Autodesk Build or similar preferred
