Lead all onsite MEP activities, ensuring seamless coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems. Manage MEP subcontractors and trade partners to deliver work safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to project specifications. Drive project execution by overseeing installation sequencing, logistics planning, and trade coordination efforts. Monitor project schedules and productivity, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to maintain key milestones. Promote a culture of safety by enforcing company policies, conducting site inspections, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Collaborate with project managers, owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to resolve technical issues and maintain project momentum. Review drawings, specifications, and BIM coordination models to proactively identify and address constructability challenges. Lead system testing, inspections, commissioning, turnover, and owner training to ensure successful project completion. Maintain detailed daily reports, progress updates, and quality control documentation for all MEP scopes. Support preconstruction efforts through constructability reviews, scheduling input, logistics planning, and trade partner coordination.

The successful applicant will have extensive experience managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes on commercial construction projects. They will have a deep understanding of building systems, trade coordination, and construction best practices. The candidate should be able to interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and other project documents with accuracy. Experience utilizing scheduling and project management software; BIM knowledge is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving are required. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience is necessary.
