If you're passionate about building world-class projects and want to work with a team that values innovation and integrity, this is the opportunity for you.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesOversee installation and coordination of all MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, fire protection).Manage subcontractors and trade labor to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and codes.Develop and maintain project schedules; implement recovery strategies as needed.Enforce site safety programs and ensure adherence to all regulations.Collaborate with owners, architects, and engineers to resolve field issues.Lead inspections, commissioning, turnover, and training processes for all systems.Maintain detailed daily records of MEP trade progress and participate in preconstruction planning.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
