Description
Type: Contract + W2 benefits + per diem Industry: Data Center Construction
Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing field operations, coordinating subcontractors and craft labor, managing schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
Lead onsite construction activities for Data Center, Mission Critical, and Industrial projects
Supervise craft labor, subcontractors, and field personnel including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sheet metal trades
Coordinate scheduling, manpower, equipment, materials, and daily construction operations
Support equipment startup, commissioning, QA/QC, and project closeout activities.
Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, project schedules, and safety standards
Coordinate with project management, engineering, quality control, procurement, and subcontractors to resolve field issues
Monitor productivity, project progress, and workforce performance
Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety programs
Qualifications
8+ years of Superintendent or construction supervisory experience on commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center projects
Experience managing large-scale projects valued at $50M+ preferred
Knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, commissioning, and field operations
Ability to lead large teams and coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors
Valid US driver’s license required
