Job Description
Provide technical MEP guidance across multiple construction projects. Partner with Superintendents and Project Managers to resolve field challenges. Review drawings, coordinate system installations, and identify potential issues. Manage subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and scope development. Project planning, execution, quality, and team development efforts.

The Successful Applicant
A successful MEP Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of construction MEP leadership experience
- Proven experience managing MEP scopes valued at $15M+
- Strong comprehension of building systems and construction documents
- Ability to mentor teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Collaborative, humble, and solutions-oriented leadership style
