What a Shift Looks Like Perform welding and fabrication on metal components and structural frames. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements. Layout, fit, and assemble metal parts to specifications. Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
