Job Description

Lead multiple commercial and mission-critical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project financials, budgets, schedules, forecasting, and client expectations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, and subcontractors. Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field teams. Drive project execution while ensuring quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved. Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Review contracts, change orders, and cost reporting to ensure project success.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have: 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager within commercial mission critical construction. 12+ years of experience in ground up commercial construction. Experience managing complex projects with significant client interaction. Strong understanding of project financial management and cost controls. Proven ability to lead teams and independently deliver successful projects. Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Experience within data center, mission-critical, industrial, or commercial construction preferred. Ability to work from the Richardson, TX office while supporting projects as needed. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
